Jessica Greene
Owner / Stylist / Color Specialist
Jessica founded Elements Salon in 2008. This is proudly the third salon she has owned and operated in the Fernandina Beach area. Her salons have won many awards, some include: "One of America's fastest growing salons" by Salon Today Magazine, "Best Hair Salon" & "Best Hair Stylist". She is a former hair color educator for L'Oreal Professional, greater New England region and a graduate from The Blaine Hair Academy in Boston, MA. She has 22 years experience as a licensed cosmetologist and has been a salon owner since 1997. She has dedicated her career to exceeding expectations and providing a professional and relaxing environment for clients and staff. Jessica takes great pride in her staff at Elements Salon and is very honored to have such a professional and dedicated team to work with.
Pamela Steadman
Stylist / Color Specialist
Pamela joined Elements in 2008 and has over 17 years experience as a licensed cosmetologist. She specializes in male and female haircuts and multi-dimensional coloring. She has personally trained along-side world-renowned stylist Trevor Sorbie, Kris Sorbie, Beth Minardi and Wayne Grund. Pamela makes is a point to stay current with every season's trends and styles. Her passion comes from helping others look their best and she enjoys working with clients to help bring out their personality and style.
Shannon Soltis
Hair Stylist
Shannon has been a hair stylist for over 19 years. Since she has several family members in the beauty industry she has always felt that she was born to do hair. She has recently relocated to Florida from Pennsylvania. Although she left a fully developed clientele in Pennsylvania she is enjoying meeting new clients and creating lasting relationships here at Elements Salon. Shannon considers adding texture & curl to her clients hair to be her specialty. Shannon continues to educate herself in her chosen profession to ensure she has the knowledge of what's going on in the industry. She recently attended an Aveda training seminar in St. Petersburg that has left her inspired about her amazing profession.
Brandi Powell
Hair Stylist
Brandi proceeded with her career at the young age of 17. She graduated from cosmetology school in June 2004. Brandi started her career working along side Jessica Greene (owner of Elements) and recently rejoined her. Brandis passion comes from helping clients look and feel their very best. She continues to grow by educating herself to keep her on top of the latest styles and trends. Precision haircutting is Brandis specialty.
Katie Broome

Katie has been a hair stylist for the past four years. She specializes in color applications and techniques. Her passion is presenting her clients with bright natural blonds, rich brunettes, and vibrant reds. Katie has a very diverse clientele. Her guests vary from hip, trendy girls to classy, sophisticated women. Katie also finds it very important to continue her education and keep up with the latest trends in her choose profession. She is passionate about her work in making her clients look and feel their best!
Alison Edwards

Alison is a graduate of the Aveda Institute in Orlando, Florida. Alison has found herself extremely passionate about continuing her education. She keeps up with the latest trends and color techniques to ensure that her clients leave with the most current hair styles. If you want trending, exciting hair....Alison is the one to see.
Sarah White
Hair Stylist
Sarah is currently working towards her cosmotology license at the Aveda Institute in Jacksonville, Fl. She has been working at Elements as a Salon Coordinator & Assistant. We look forward to having her behind the chair in mid May!
